Job Description
Job Title: Shine Technician
Position Summary:
The Shine Technician is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients, ensuring a clean and safe environment. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Follow all company procedures for cleaning and safety.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Complete all tasks within the allotted time frames.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed indoors and may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals.
